My friends came for a fleeting visit from Italy. They brought me or rather my family a Zampone. I love zampone. But It begs the question what do vegetarians, in Italy, eat?

what all the vegetarians of the rest of the word eat! to be more specific me, on new year’s eve, enjoyed some super duper lentils with red onion and carrots. here in Italy they’re always eaten together zampone on Sylvester night.
